Delivery Policy

Domestic Deliveries

If you are an UAE customer, duties, taxes and surcharges will be included in your total purchase price.

Dubai orders are delivered next working day if placed before 4pm (Monday – Friday).

The rest of the UAE is delivered 1-2 working days.

International Deliveries

We send international deliveries DDU (delivered duty unpaid) via Aramex. BRW Society is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, please check your local authority before placing your order.

International orders arrive within 3-5 working days via Aramex. Please allow up to 7 working days for international orders before contacting BRW Society, we cannot take any action until after that period of time.
