Delivery Policy

UAE Delivery

If you are ordering within the UAE, all applicable duties, taxes and surcharges are included in your purchase price.

We ship all UAE orders with Aramex, and you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to track your parcel every step of the way.

Please allow 1–3 working days for delivery across the UAE. While many orders arrive sooner, delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules.

International Deliveries

We ship international orders via Aramex on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means any import duties, taxes or customs charges applicable in your destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. If you are unsure whether these charges apply, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Most international orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. However, please allow up to 7 working days before contacting BRW Society regarding your shipment, as we are unable to investigate with the courier until this timeframe has elapsed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Aramex tracking number so you can monitor your parcel throughout its journey.
