Returns Policy

Hey there! If you’re not totally happy with your BRW Society order, don’t worry. Here is the lowdown on returns:

  1. How to Return: Just send us an email at office@brwsociety.com or call us on +971 50 609 8834. Let us know what you want to return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

  2. Return Window: You’ve got 14 days from the date you received your goodies to decide if you want to return them. After that, we might not be able to accept the return.

  3. Condition of Items: Make sure the product you’re sending back is in its original condition—unused, with packaging intact.

  4. Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returns are on you, unless the item arrived damaged or wasn’t what you ordered. If the item arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered we’ll cover the return shipping.

  5. Refunds: Once we get your return and checked it out, we’ll process your refund. It usually takes a 5-10 business days for the refund to hit your account.

  6. Exchanges: If you want to swap your item for something else, just let us know. We’ll help you sort out an exchange or send you a replacement if available.

  7. Sale Items:  There is no refund or exchange on sale items.

  8. Cancellation Policy:  These things happen, if you need to cancel your order, please contact us straight away at office@brwsociety.com and we will do our best to help you out.
