How long does it take for orders to be despatched?

Online orders can take up to 3 UAE business days (Sunday to Thursday) from the time of your order being placed to be dispatched. If the order is not dispatched in three business days, you will be contacted via email.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic delivery timeframes:  Standard: 3 – 5 business days from the time of dispatch. Pleased note, dispatch can take up to 3 business days from the time of your order being placed. 

International delivery timeframes:  We estimate international delivery can take up to 28 business days. Please note this is only a guide, it does not include customs processing upon arrival at destination. 

Delivery Policy:  BRW Society is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfer to a local courier or transportation strikes/delays, nor extra fees charged once the package has left UAE.

What are BRW Society shipping costs?
  • Delivery within UAE:  free delivery for all online purchases over AED 200.  Under AED 200 is AED 30.
  • Delivery to Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia:  AED 50 per 500g.
  • For international shipping: Please type your address at checkout and the rates will be calculated.
Will I have to pay taxes and duties on my order?
If you are an UAE customer, duties, taxes and surcharges will be included in your total purchase price.

For international orders, BRW Society is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, please check your local authority before placing your order.
