What is a superfood? Superfoods are food which have an abundance of health benefits. Superfoods are high in nutrients but relatively low in calories. These nutrient-dense foods contain vitamins, minerals, complex carbohydrates, lean protein, and healthy fats. We use the following superfoods: green tea, moringa leaves, berries, matcha and spirulina.
